Immaculate room with stunning desert views.
The service was lackluster right from the beginning. Upon arrival, the staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, which set an uncomfortable tone for our stay. Additionally, the dining options were disappointing—cold salads for every meal were not what I expected, and there was no Wi-Fi as advertised. The tents offered little insulation from noise at night, and the lack of a curfew made it hard to relax after a long day in the desert.

Staying at Rum Stars Camp was a dream come true! The classic Bedouin dinner was a highlight—delicious and served with warmth. The Executive Suite was spotless and super comfy, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had hot tea even during power outages. The starry nights in the hammock? Pure bliss!
Just a couple of bumps to smooth out, a road sign to the camp would really help new arrivals. Clearer food labels for dietary restrictions could enhance the dining experience. Also, cooking meat and veggies separately would be a nice touch for the non-meat eaters.

great experience but some navigation issues
The deluxe twin room was impeccably clean and had a stunning view of the mountains. The Bedouin cuisine was delightful, particularly the zarb dinner, which was served with a personal touch. Our guide Abdullah was exceptional, making the camel and jeep tours both fun and informative. The mountain views were breathtaking, creating a perfect backdrop for our desert adventure.
A few clear signs to help locate the camp would improve the arrival experience.
